It was brought to my attention today that Johnny "Wishbone" Sommerville is off toTurkey this week and misses the next round of the Tour. John has only 150 points therefore he grabs one of the places and has that to look forward to on his return from Turkey.

Therefore Gents we have our first player to be in the Donkey 4 ball at Ladybank identified 3 weeks before the event.

That leaves 3 places up for grabs.

It was pointed out to Scott Kennedy today that he is dropping into the Donkey game area to which Scott replied " I would like to state very clearly that I have absolutely no chance of making that 4 ball game, not a hope in hell and you can put that on the website ".

Brave words indeed from a man only 2 points ahead of a group of players on 153 points who are all in pole position to get the remaining 3 places.

He must be very confident of racking up the points at Falkirk next week.

I have still to post the picture of where Scott's ball ended up at Powfoot last week while playing the 2nd.
