On Sunday it was the return of Winston (Hutchy) who has been missing for most of the earlier rounds. His non appearance was mainly down to his boycott of Crail Golf Club. This stance was because he had won a prize at an open competition numerous years ago and they have never forwarded it to him.

So with us going there twice this season it left him sitting at home while we walked the Crail Links.

On Sunday he was hitting his second shot at the 18th and the above picture shows his ball 10 yards from the front door into the club house. He was 50/60 yards off line as he snap hooked it waaaay left and nearly smashed into the sliding glass doors.

I never found out what he got on the last hole but looking at the position the ball is in I think it's safe to assume a par was not on the card.
