CRAIG SCORES AT THE BEACH

Yesterday Gordon ,Alex, Craig and me went back over to Dunbar so Craig could have another practice round before he goes back to school. When we got there we decided to delay our tee time as it was pissing down. The result of this was that Sinky and Smarty decided to have a large breakfast consisting of soup with a roll and a very large pie beans and chips. They then wondered why they couldn't swing a club all day.

We had to eventually go out and for 11 holes the rain never stopped.
Team Chalmers HUMPED the PIE BOYS 6-5 and that was the actual score not a kid on one.

The humping was mainly down to Craig who had a fantastic round shooting 69 to finish 2 under par.

He was 3 under playing 17 when he got his first bogey of the day. If a few putts had dropped he could easily have been 4/5 under and some pretty horrid conditions made it even more impressive.

The weather cleared up and by the last few even some sunshine.

Scores for the rest were Gordon 23 points,Alex 22 and me 31. Great course in great condition well worth £29 and £15 for juniors. Will hopefully get a few more rounds of practice on it before April.
Craig was the Golfer of the day shot 69
to finish 2 under par.
Rain made no difference to Craig's
golf.

A bleak dark 11 holes along the coast.

A large surf had surfers out in force.

A damp looking 3 ball.

Father and son feeling relaxed as the match had long finished (6-5)
Alex has the look of someone who has just been pumped.

Craig smacking it up the fairway. We all played of the
White tees.

Course was in mint condition and the bunkers are not to
mess with.
