well done John. This was one of the

most convincing wins of the spoon.

John was a easy winner by 5 clear points.
The day had started off so promising with happy

smiles in the sunshine. As well as getting

the spoon John and his partner David

Stirling got humped 8/7 in their match to

complete a successful days pumping.

The 2 Johns at the turn with 9 points

each. At least they were still happy and

smiling. JH stormed away on the back 9

with 17 points leaving JC trailing in his wake

with only 11 to add to his front 9. This resulted

in a easy win for JC in the spoon department.

JH was last years winner of the spoon at Drumoig with

only 20 points so this is obviously a course he enjoys !!!

On the 18th and reality is sinking in. John has played golf

today like a true hacker. A grand total of 21 points

is not very much but surely somebody has less ??

I don't thinks so John.
