On Monday evening I read online in Scottish Golf View that Mr Trump was opening his course a week early after their winter closure and he was offering Scottish golfers the chance to play it for £200 a 4 ball.

For this week only it was £200 for 4 and from next Monday it was back to the normal £195 per player.

I went online but everything for the week was gone apart from the 8-8.30 times on Wednesday. After having spoke to Gordon I decided to leave it to the morning and I would phone the club house. They confirmed that they were full with nothing left but they would like us to come up and play so they would put us out after the last game at 12.30.

From the minute we arrived the staff couldn't do enough for us and our £50 included the following.

Food and drinks on arrival.

Unlimited range balls

Goody bag including a superb metal bag tag,water, score saver.

Trolleys

18holes of awesome golf.

Soup and filled roll after 

ALL FOR £50 !!!!!!

On the 1st tee we were told that the game in front was gone 25 mins and we had the course to ourselves as there was nobody going out behind us.

We played 18 holes on Trump International and hardly seen a soul the whole round. Every hole is separated from each other by huge sand dunes so I don't think you would see many people anyway.

The other nice touch is that they only put a game out every 15 mins. They don't cram people onto the course.

I am sure everyone has read all the reviews for the course and just how good it is meant to be with OOR Donald having stated " it's the best in the world". You need to play it to appreciate just how stunning it is. From start to finish it was awesome with not a bad hole on the course.

It has been carved out amongst the tallest dunes in the world and they have built it with not a piece of artificial surface anywhere on the course. There are paths everywhere for access to the  6 tees at each hole and it is created with grass like a fairway.

We played off the whites at 6329yds and the back tees measure 7428yds with a SS of 77 - 5 above par !!

This was the best golf deal I have ever got and I have had some crackers but this simply blow everything away- easily. 

The golf season rate jumps to £195 per player. 

Is it worth that ?

A lot of people seem to think so as last year in it's first year it was sold out.

Awesome, stunning, unbelievable, majestic it just doesn't get any better .

Roll on next March 

Eyes peeled for a wee £50 bargain of the century !!!!!!!!!

 A STUNNING GOLF COURSE THAT WAS A JOY TO PLAY AND WAS BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE EVER PLAYED AND I PUT IT AHEAD OF ROYAL COUNTY DOWN, ROYAL PORTRUSH, KINGSBARNS AND ALL THE OTHER BRITISH OPEN COURSES I HAVE PLAYED. SINKY RATES IT AS THE BEST HE'S PLAYED AND IT BEATS PEEBLE BEACH AND SAWGRASS IN HIS OPINION.
