VINOY GOLF RESORT FLORIDA
As most of you will already know due to the breaking news report from the Balaclava on the 17th I won the spoon on round 2 of the Florida Tour.
Yes it was a nightmare of a game that I lost 5/6 balls and by the 13th/14th hole the will to live also.
It was just a combination of topping balls off the tee,knifing balls everywhere and even hitting to the wrong green.
My golf was shocking and that combined with some terrible slow play made it a round to forget. We were 3 hours for 10 holes before the games in front were taking aside and moved to different holes and asked to speed up. The weather was very warm all day and 5 hours slapping a ball into all sorts of shit broke the spirit.
Great course just a pity I had a poor round.
On the 16th a par 5 Sinky , Smarty , Davy G and myself had about 45 shots between us !!!!
The winner overall was Alex with 31 points followed by Sinky yet again.
A warning to all players back in Lenzie who use Pro Vs . By as many as you can and and stock up as there will soon be a world wide shortage due to the rate Rotten Totten is dumping them in the water over here.
